Summer herbal remedies

Join local herbalist Rosy to learn about herbs available in the Summer months to support your health and well being.
We will visit my herb garden in Falkland to see what herbs you can grow in the summer months, and bring some back to the hall with us to taste and make into herbal remedies.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and you will learn about 5 summer herbs and how to grow or source them and use them as simple herbal remedies.
