This workshop is now SOLD OUT.
Autumn is the best time of year for foraging wild fruits and fungi!
It is also a good time to collect roots and herbs to dry for the winter. Join ecologist Ian Edwards for a walk along the river bank and into the woods in search of wild and unusual flavours from nature’s larder. The majority of the workshop will be a gentle to moderate walk around the grounds on well defined paths. Enjoy some tasting along the way!
