Time Commitment
- 5-10 volunteer hours per week
Number of Positions – 5; one for each region as follows:
- Mid-Atlantic: Delaware, District of Columbia, Kentucky, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia
- Central: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin
- Northeast: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont
- Southeast: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina
- Western: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming
Responsibilities
- Search legislation for assigned states and enter into database via Legislation page
- Network with other PACs in the area to collaborate efforts on liberty-focused legislation
- Coordinate with individual champions for legislation-influencing efforts
- Serve as liaison between Legislative Director and local activists regarding legislation-specific needs from P4L to include web page and connection with other activists
- Provide monthly report to Legislative Director on new legislative action to be included in newsletter
- Recruit State Legislative Coordinators as needed
