National Libertarian Day of Service (Houston Bayou Clean-up)

June 5, 2021 @ 10:30 am - 1:00 pm EDT

DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER AND FLOOD WARNINGS, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO JUNE 5TH. EVERYONE STAY SAFE.
Let’s show Houston that Libertarians are committed to helping the community with voluntary efforts. We will be meeting at the Spindle Sculpture (1400 Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77019) on Buffalo Bayou at 9:30 am to roll up our sleeves and clean up trash.
Parking is available at 1620 Allen Parkway, Houston TX 77019.
Please bring canned goods staples (green beans, corn, soup, etc.) with you to donate when you arrive and encourage your friends and neighbors to contribute as well.
Trash bags and rubber gloves will be provided, along with a cooler full of water and gatorade.
If you are unable to help with the clean-up, please stop by to help with the can drive. The more, the merrier!
All donations will be dropped off afterwards at the Houston Food Bank.
Once we start cleaning up, contact Elliott (713-385-8374) for our location.
